In today’s podcast, I discuss how DEI enters an institution, presenting itself as a “brave” or “healing” “conversation” about race, when, in fact, there’s no real dialogue happening. Outcomes of the so-called “discussion” are already predetermined and any dissent against DEI’s politicized edicts is never taken seriously. I go deeper on my personal experience with DEI, the gaslighting, bullying and false narratives many are surely encountering in their corporations and schools right now.
