May DEI Die In 2025
Racism and exclusion in corporate America, no matter what “acceptable” guise it comes in, must end.
If we hoped we might behave differently than the German people during the Nazi era, the last 4-5 years in corporate America provided a glimpse of who we really are under pressure.
Under the guise of DEI, Fortune 500 companies embraced racial discrimination against persons possessing low melanin levels as official company policy. Most still do. They rationalized their blatant racism because it was done to achieve “equity” and was a supposed corrective for past racial injustice and invisible/visible inequities that still exist today (Critical Race Theory).
(In regard to DEI, I once had an HR person tell me it was indeed discrimination but it was for a good cause. Good racism, in other words.)
All ad agency holding companies embraced this racial discrimination policy and obligingly hired high-paid race-baiters & grifters like Robin DiAngelo to tell their employees that white people were “privileged oppressors” simply for possessing skin color they had no power to change, and guilty of past racial injustice they didn’t commit, inevitably creating enmity between the very people tasked with playing as a team (their employees). Corporations then walked the walk (praxis) & denied hundreds of thousands of people jobs based on their skin color while rewarding others for possessing the “right” skin color, embracing the exact form of systemic racism they claimed to condemn - pure gaslighting.
As racism was being implemented as official policy, corporations also decided to violate the bodily autonomy of all their workers by threatening them with losing their jobs should they be unwilling to take an experimental medical intervention, which increasingly it’s acknowledged that medical intervention had real adverse consequences for some.
Not one Fortune 500 leader, with the exception of Elon Musk, spoke out about any of these anti-American, totalitarian policies and for that, the entire legacy media complex decided its now their job to destroy him.
There has been no apology still. No committment to course correct by 90% of the FORTUNE 500 or even a single Advertising holding company.
It’s a shameful chapter. And one that has corporations quietly beginning to tip toe away from these discriminatory & anti-American policies as the country shifts more rightward.
So, my hope for the New Year is full repudiation for these evil policies embraced by corporations (DEI and medical tyranny), so they’re ended and not ever repeated.
But as the Leftists like to say, we must “do the work” and hold boards and Fortune 500 leaders accountable.
Happy New Year. The fight to recommit to America’s constitutional ideals continues.
Make America Fun Again! DEI will die. Happy New Years.
